This package consist of the following: 

- 1  Virtual Prenatal Appointment

- 1 Virtual or In Person Prenatal OB Appointment (Accompanied)

- 1 In Person Prenatal Appointment (which will be a home visit)
- Birth Vision Support and Beginning Postpartum Planning
- Unlimited phone, email and text support throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth. (Informational/ Resources, Emotional, Spiritual, Mental)
- On call at 38 weeks, up until the birth of your baby

-Virtual or In-Person Birth Support at Birthing Place (Hospital, Home, Birthing Center) by myself or backup doula

-Evidenced- based non-judgmental support

-Partner support and guidance 
- Basic lactation and body-feeding support (will refer to lactation specialist if more support is needed)
- 1 In Person Postpartum Visit 

- 1 Virtual Postpartum Check In

PLUS

- 1 Birth Workbook (Emailed) 

- 1 Birth Affirmation Meditation (Emailed)

-2 Labor/First Moment Photos (May request more at an additional charge out of the moments I have captured) Please inquire.
