Look yourself in the mirror and tell your self:

*You are beautiful!

*Your body has the ability to grow this baby!

*You are the temple that is bringing this baby to life. *You are more than enough!

*You have everything you need to do this!


Write these affirmations on your bathroom mirror, in your journal, or on some cute cards and add some of your own!


Know that you are amazing!

Doula Mentorship Program

 

The Doula Mentorship Program is designed to guide new and aspiring doulas as well as experienced doulas through a supportive journey of growth, confidence, and professional development. This program provides mentees culturally competent mentoring that provides hands-on guidance, practical tools, and encouragement as they navigate birth work, client care, setting goals, and business building. Through monthly check-ins, case study discussions, resource sharing, and reflective supervision, participants gain the skills and confidence needed to serve families with compassion and excellence.

 

Our mentorship focuses on integrating both clinical knowledge and holistic, community-centered care; ensuring each doula feels rooted, prepared, and empowered to walk in their purpose.
